Quantumview Technology collects data needed to operate QV Terminal, protect accounts, process access, provide downloads, deliver optional Telegram alerts, support users and understand product attribution.
Quantumview Technology does not sell personal information. Data is shared only where needed to operate, protect, support, bill, comply with law or deliver features requested by the user.
1. Controller and scope
Quantumview Technology is a registered Individual Entrepreneur in Georgia with LEPL National Agency of Public Registry of Georgia. Quantumview Technology is the operator responsible for the processing described in this Privacy Policy, unless a specific feature or third-party service states otherwise.
This Policy applies to qvterminal.com, QV Terminal, the account cabinet, downloads, billing pages, Guides, support flows, server-side alerts and related communications.
Official privacy and legal communications should be sent through the contact channels listed on this page. Additional formal details may be provided where required by applicable law or a legitimate legal process.
2. Account and identity data
Quantumview Technology may collect account identifiers such as email address, username, optional display name, password hash, registration status, email verification status, account status, account creation time, last login time, session identifiers, password reset events and security-code events.
Passwords are not stored in plain text. Security codes are used for sensitive flows such as password reset or password change.
3. Terminal, device and entitlement data
QV Terminal may send device label, device token or technical identifier, operating system, operating-system version, app version, installer version, release channel, last seen time, entitlement status, session state, download events, update events, compatibility status and terminal authentication events.
This data is used to provide access, support releases, protect accounts, diagnose problems, enforce entitlement rules and show the user their devices and access state.
4. Agreement acceptance records
Quantumview Technology may keep technical records proving acceptance of the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Cookie Settings, risk acknowledgements or other legal texts presented in the product or account flow.
Such records may include document name, document version, updated date, body hash or other technical identifier, acceptance time, user account, email, IP address, locale, acceptance source, application version, installer version, release channel, device label, operating system and payment or registration context.
Acceptance records may be retained longer than ordinary technical logs when needed to prove contractual relations, protect rights, resolve disputes, maintain security, audit access or comply with law.
5. Trading workflow and exchange-related data
When you use trading or exchange-connected features, QV Terminal may process connection state, exchange API responses, exchange error messages, order metadata, position metadata, account-mode metadata, symbol metadata, leverage or margin-mode metadata, request and response status, latency or rate-limit events, checklist state and other technical events needed to operate the requested feature.
Quantumview Technology does not provide custody of user funds. Exchange account settings, balances, orders and permissions are controlled by you through your exchange account and the permissions you grant.
Support logs may contain technical trading-context information if you choose to submit logs. You should not submit private keys, seed phrases, wallet keys, withdrawal credentials or unrelated secrets.
6. Market settings and workspace data
QV Terminal may process data connected with your workspace and market setup, including selected markets and symbols, chart workspace settings, Market Layers settings, indicator settings, Boards, visual-layer settings, alert conditions, notification settings, interface state, panel state and saved presets where the feature is available.
This data is used to restore the workspace, operate requested features, support users, diagnose errors, preserve settings and maintain product integrity.
Market data itself is not necessarily personal data, but it may become connected with your workflow when it appears in settings, logs, alerts or support context.
7. Payments, invoices and access records
Quantumview Technology may process plan selection, invoice amount, payment network, invoice status, expiration time, payment detection state, access period, subscription history, payment history and related support events.
Public blockchain transactions may be visible independently of Quantumview Technology because of the nature of blockchain networks.
8. Telegram alerts
If you connect Telegram alerts, Quantumview Technology may process Telegram chat identifiers, Telegram username or display metadata, bot connection status, alert registration data, alert status, delivery status and notification content needed to send the alert.
Telegram receives messages only when you connect the bot, test delivery, or enable features that send Telegram notifications. Telegram's own terms and privacy rules apply to Telegram delivery.
9. Support and diagnostics
Support requests may include your messages, screenshots, uploaded logs, account identifiers, device information, app version, error reports and support actions.
Where available, support-log handling includes scanning or redaction designed to reduce exposure of passwords, tokens, API keys, private keys and unrelated personal data. You should still review materials before sending them.
10. Website, cookies and attribution
The website may use necessary cookies for login, security, CSRF protection, private access and account flows.
Attribution data may include referrer, landing page, UTM source, medium, campaign, content and term, click identifiers such as gclid or fbclid, first-touch and last-touch events, browser timezone, browser language, country inferred from IP address or Cloudflare headers, general browser metadata, registration attribution and conversion attribution.
Country may be inferred from IP address or Cloudflare headers. Timezone may be read from the browser. Language may be read from browser headers or settings.
Cookie Settings allow attribution storage to be disabled or cleared in the current browser. Necessary security and account cookies remain active.
11. Marketing attribution and product analytics
Quantumview Technology may use limited attribution and product-flow data to understand how users find QV Terminal, which sources lead to registrations, which pages are visited before registration, where registration, payment or download errors occur, and how onboarding can be improved.
This processing is used to improve the website, understand marketing effectiveness, prevent fraud, fix account-flow errors, optimize onboarding, improve payment pages and support users in disputed registration or payment situations.
Quantumview Technology does not sell such data as personal information to advertising networks.
12. How data is used
Data is used to create accounts, verify email, authenticate users, authorize terminal sessions, deliver downloads, enforce access periods, operate payments, detect abuse, protect security, provide support, troubleshoot issues, improve product flows and understand marketing attribution.
Data may also be used to comply with law, tax, accounting, security, dispute-resolution, audit and recordkeeping obligations.
13. Legal bases
Depending on your location, processing may be based on contract performance, legitimate interests, legal obligations, consent, or steps taken at your request before entering a contract.
Legitimate interests include product security, fraud prevention, payment reconciliation, support, product improvement, attribution analysis and enforcing these Terms.
14. Processors and sharing
Quantumview Technology may share data with providers that help operate the product, including hosting, database, CDN/security, email, support, monitoring, payment detection, messaging and infrastructure providers.
Data may be shared with exchanges or Telegram when you use a feature that requires those services. Their own policies apply to their processing.
Quantumview Technology may disclose data if required by law, lawful request, security investigation, payment dispute, rights protection, merger, restructuring or similar business event.
Quantumview Technology does not sell personal information.
15. International processing
QV Terminal and related infrastructure may process data in multiple countries depending on hosting, security, email, support and messaging providers.
Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfer, Quantumview Technology will use appropriate contractual, technical or organizational measures.
16. Retention
Account, entitlement, billing and agreement records are retained while the account exists and as long as needed for legal, tax, accounting, security, dispute and audit purposes.
Attribution storage is designed around a 180-day window unless cleared or disabled in the browser.
Support logs and diagnostics are retained as long as reasonably needed for diagnosis, security, compliance, dispute handling or product integrity.
Telegram alert records may be deleted, closed, deactivated or archived when alerts expire, are triggered and deleted, are disconnected, or when account access ends.
Some data cannot be deleted immediately if retention is needed for security, billing, taxes, accounting, legal compliance, dispute handling, fraud prevention, audit or defense of claims.
17. Security
Quantumview Technology uses technical and organizational measures intended to protect accounts, passwords, security codes, sessions, support logs, payment records, Telegram alert data, entitlement records and other product data.
Such measures may include password hashing, session protection, access controls, server-side security practices, limited staff or contractor access, security-event logging, monitoring, backup practices where applicable, sensitive-data redaction in support logs where available, environment separation where applicable and security updates.
No internet system is perfectly secure. You are responsible for protecting your email account, device, passwords, exchange account, API permissions and Telegram account.
If you suspect compromise, contact [email protected] immediately.
18. Data you should not send
You should not send seed phrases, private keys, wallet recovery phrases, withdrawal credentials, master API keys, full exchange passwords, email passwords, unrelated one-time codes, third-party documents, third-party personal data without a lawful basis, card data outside an official payment provider, confidential documents not needed for support, malware or unlawful content.
If you voluntarily send such data, you are responsible for the consequences of that disclosure.
19. Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, export, object to processing, withdraw consent or complain to a supervisory authority.
You may disconnect Telegram alerts from the terminal, clear or disable attribution storage in Cookie Settings, update profile information where the account cabinet supports it, and request help through support.
Some records may be retained where required for security, billing, legal compliance, dispute handling, fraud prevention or audit purposes.
20. Children
QV Terminal is not intended for children or for users who are not legally able to trade or enter into this agreement. Quantumview Technology does not knowingly collect data from children.
If Quantumview Technology learns that an account was created by a child or a person who is not legally permitted to use the product, the account may be deleted, limited or blocked.
21. Automated technical processes
QV Terminal may use automated technical processes for authentication, entitlement checks, session protection, suspicious-activity detection, abuse prevention, invoice-status processing, alert delivery and diagnostics.
These processes are not designed to determine your financial suitability, creditworthiness, investment profile, trading strategy or individual investment recommendations.
Quantumview Technology does not use QV Terminal to make automated decisions that by themselves create legally binding financial advice or mandatory investment instructions for the user.
22. Relationship with the Terms
This Privacy Policy should be read together with the Terms of Use, Cookie Settings and other legal texts that are published by Quantumview Technology or presented in the product.
If this Privacy Policy and the Terms of Use differ, this Privacy Policy governs data processing questions, while the Terms of Use govern product use, licensing, payments, liability, risk and restrictions.
23. Changes to this Policy
Quantumview Technology may update this Privacy Policy to reflect product, legal, security, provider or operational changes. The updated date will change when this page changes.
Material changes may be communicated through the website, account cabinet, email or terminal where appropriate.
